Charging and Battery Issues

Is your Coro not charging or the Pod not showing a light? These steps usually solve most charging issues.

Quick Fix Steps

  1. Check the Connection: Ensure the USB-C cable is pushed firmly into the back of the Pod and into a working power source. If this doesn't work, try using a different USB-C cable.
  2. Clean the Contacts: Sometimes, a tiny bit of milk residue or dust can get on the charging pins on the Pod or the back of Coro. Gently wipe these with a dry, soft cloth.
  3. Check the Placement: Make sure Coro is sitting snugly in the Pod. You should see a light on the Pod when it's charging.

Important Safety Reminders

  • Keep the Pod Dry: The charging Pod is not waterproof. Never submerge it in water or place it in a steriliser.
  • Dry Before Charging: Always ensure Coro is completely dry before placing it back into the Pod to charge.
