Sometimes the Coro app will show an error code to let you know something needs your attention. Here are the most common ones and how to resolve them quickly.
Connection Errors
Bluetooth Not Enabled
- The Issue: The app cannot find Coro.
- The Fix: Ensure Bluetooth is turned ON in your phone settings. You might also need to grant the Coro app permission to use Bluetooth.
Location Services Not Enabled (Android)
- The Issue: On Android devices, Bluetooth scanning requires Location Services to be active.
- The Fix: Ensure your phone's Location is turned ON and the Coro app has "Always" or "While Using App" permission.
Device Errors
Battery Too Low
- The Issue: Coro doesn't have enough charge to complete a feed.
- The Fix: Place Coro in the charging Pod for at least 30 minutes. Ensure the light on the Pod comes on.
Coro Needs Cleaning
- The Issue: The app detects a blockage or residue on Coro.
- The Fix: Flush Coro with clean water using the included syringe. Ensure Coro is completely dry before retrying.
